In a very green field, a cow was munching on some sweet, pale green grass. The fox of the forest was spying on the cow and mumbled “Ah, a nice cow for me to eat and a tasty juicy herd for me too.”
Because the cow didn’t know what was going on, he kept on eating the grass. Then the fox’s eyelids flickered and his head turned. Suddenly, he ran up into the field and bounced on the cow. The whole herd panicked and made the fox very confused and the fox nearly fell in a heap into the mud. Of course cows would run away, but this one didn’t because this cow was the king cow and was very brave. Anyway, the fox wanted to eat a bit of the cow, but he ended up taking a bite out of the air. This cow was tougher than the fox had thought.
Then, the cow knocked the fox’s head and it dived into the mud. The cow trotted away, but the fox clambered up and teased “Cowy, cowy”.
The cow put some grass in the fox’s mouth. He liked it!
The cow said, “You must like grass, ha ha!”
The fox found a baby cow, and ate it. He was sick. Then the cow knew the fox was actually vegetarian. “Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha” said the cow.
Well, the fox was a very sad fox, and they wanted to be friends. So, they were.
If you ever see a fox or a cow, then say “Hello” and wave them good bye.
The End
